Hi all

Im new to all this, iv just bought a 227bhp MK3 Ibiza Cupra with arp 1 & 2 remap, Forge DV, Coilover suspension, smoked alloys, green panel filter and 440cc injectors, a few more things, some eibach spacers or summit, cant remember off the top off my head, iv got rolling road doco's to prove.

Im after a induction kit that makes a good "WHOOOOOSH" noise but also gives me decent power imporvements as well, apparently, the dynotwist or jabba induction kit is the one to get but which one? which makes the best noise and improves performance (noise more than performance)

Im after getting this asap so any help would be great :headhurt:

227bhp, is that on the standard K03 turbo??? you have a frount mounted intercooler??

Anyway induction kits, both the green dynotwist and jabba seem like good kits and both will give a nice sound. Jabbe will probably be louder as it's not totally enclosed like the green kit. I have a BMC CDA which I'm happy with and sounds really nice.

Get pics and full spec of your car up, sounds nice.

yeah i will have to do that, i only got it on friday so i havnt really done anything bar drive it all the time, its great, but yeah, i was going through the receipts last night and theirs loads , all done at Awesome GTI, it didnt mention anything about the turbo apart from the miltec turbo full system exhaust with high flow cats, but thats just the exhaust, the turbo itself is the original i think

If the jabba is better then i will have to order that, right now infact

yeah 440cc injectors, they were from Awesome GTI, thats what it says on the receipt anyway, unless he has 2 cars and got the receipts mixed up

i think im gonna go with the jabba one, apparently thats the best one for what i want it for

might be worth giving them a call, a car running a k03 or even a k03s wouldnt need 440cc injectors, mork also informs me that these injectors would leak as they'd be too large for the ecu to control propperly during use

that might be why it eats optimax like no tomorrow then if its leaking, it going into the garage at the weekend for someone to check out the MAF for me, thought it might have been that

i think your right, dont think the injectors are doing it any good at all, when it goes in at the weekend im going to get them to take them off (if its possible)

just ordered a jabbasport induction kit so looking forward to that also

Will keep you all posted on the "soon to be dead" injectors

Stick a link to this, or post one in the Awesome GTI section mate, they may be able to help with the reasons for the injectors, before you take them off.

There may be a reason they've used them.

They are great guys, so should be able to help.

nice results, you may find the map wont like the injectors but im not certain, you7 will be wanting an open filter for the noise, i am going back to a green panel filter due to intake temps though :)

Good choice, the heatshield works well on those apparently, are you on standard exhaust etc?
