Dump Valve/Turbo/Pipe/Oil???

I got a leon mk1 cupra r ive got a forge dump valve that does both noise and recirculates. the pipe that attaches the dump valve to the turbo has a little oil leaked from it at the turbo end. it also has another small pipe there with oil too. its not alot just wondered if this is good or bad. i think the guy that had it before may have changed the pipe and put the original back on it has a some kind of heatseal on the turbo inlet pipe. has anyone else had this.
also just had a remap stage 2 on it and i just wondered if this was because of that. i noticed it before i had it done buty have just taken the cover off and noticed it had leaked too.

Im sure i saw a thread on here that has discussed this before. If i remember rightly people said its normal. Please feel free to correct me if im wrong.

do you know was searched for cus i cant find anything
i thought it may be normal as maybe the clips just need tightening. ill give it a clean then see if i lose much through it.
