I'll be there, probably only on the Sunday though. Just watched the highlights from Oschersleben, those pitstops are pretty slick, 4.8 seconds for tyres & fuel :scary:

Has Druids changed since WTCC ?

yup , the DTM guys made them alter the area near the marshals post at the top of the hill/entry to druids, they have made a space to prk a removal truck and damaged cars, in doing so the have changed / upgraded the spectator fence , apprently its taller & more heavy duty , might bugger traditional photies:(

We should be there about 8-8:30 too, aiming to get on the South bank.

I still have two tickets going spare if anyones interested, they include grandstand seating and paddock passes for the weekend.

Traffic chaos I'm guessing.

I really wanted to go to this, but when I saw the support package, I wasn't going all that way for one race, which ended very early. I know it's a quality race at that, but it's poor value for money. Last time I saw the DTM at Donington in 2002, it had a much better programme on.

and a very poor crowd which I suppose was the reason they didn't get it again.

I agree the support races are poor, should be home before 7pm!

They had another go in 2003 and I think the crowd was even poorer. Can't think why either. Probably the lack of a British interest I guess. I know Peter Dumbreck was racing, but he was in a crap car.
