Hi guys i have done a search on this but there is nothing with my questions.

Whoever has done it, did you put a double din cage in? and did you have a fascia?

Just i test fitted a double din unit yesterday and it was loose and there was a gap around the edges. It didnt come with a cage..

Cheers

i remember researching it a good while ago now and i do think people use double din cages! and as for fascia i wouldnt have thought it was necessary as it should be a good fit! but then again it depends on what headunit you fit in!

You will need to get the fitting kit for it.

This is a cage and trim surround so it looks as if its always been there. Not sure on the price of these though.

My mates just fitted one to his Lupo Gti and it looks as if it was factory fit.

Im sure someone will be able to tell you the exact price.
