door modules

Hi,
I have recently run my battery dead by mistake and have charged it up fine.The only problem is that the electric mirror,electric window and lock doesn't work.I spoke to a friend and he mentioned looking at the door module and I'm not sure what it is.Any other advice on this problem would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

The door module i'm pretty sure is what everything fixes too. Its a whole module that has the window runners, motors, central locking motors and a few other bits, there should be a main harness that goes from the body of the car to the door which will then come through a grommet and connect to the various electrical connections on the door. Pop off the door card and check everything is connected but to be honest if its just stopped working then i'd be checking fuses and stuff first as the connectors are designed to not just come apart, always start with the easy stuff first lol.

Forgat to say.I have already checked the fuses.All fine.got a day off tomos so might take another look..cheers.

vag com check , i cant see how a flat battery would make anything come undone ,
