Door locked from outside

Hi guys having a problem with my passenger front door not opening. It will open from inside but won't open from outside. Feels as if there is nothing there when pulling from outside but I could be wrong. I have door card off I am wondering if anyone has any idea how I could get it to open from outside? Thanks

Hi paws91, there is a cable that attaches to the door handle on the outside and at a guess it’s come adrift.
Best advice I can suggest is to checkout this vid on YT at around 12 mins in to see how to check/fix
it is in Spanish but auto translate on subtitles to English works.
