Door Hinge Grease?

Just had a go at cleaning around the door hinges on my ten year old car.

Particularly on the passenger side there is quite a lot of what looks like spray grease. (yellowy colour and feels like wax).

It seems to enjoy being stuck to my car.

So is any way to speed up its removal?

Any advice much appreciated.

A degreaser like Surfex will do the job, spray it on, leave it to soak for a minute, agitate with a brush and rinse off. Repeat if needs be. Be sure to put some lubrication back in the hinges though, otherwise you'll have creaky doors!
