Hi all is was out in the rain on saturday in my lcr when i boot it it spins and i get a knocking from under the car is it the dog bone that needs to be changed if so whats best or any other thoughts thanks.

Yup mate, tat's your DBM that needs changing/upgrading. INA/034 Motorsport or THS seem to be the best ones just now

INA offer a track stiffness DBM which I'd recommend.

thanks chaps i will look into it asap, as im fitting oo7 forge and silicone t i p at the weekend then were being mapped so we need traction.
