Do you need to change a setting for use of Full LED headlights in France?

Hi - I have a late-2021 (post-facelift) Ibiza FR 1.0 TSI 110 with "Full LED headlights" and will be going on a long road trip to France (from the UK) in a week.

When driving in France, is there a setting I need to change to avoid dazzling other road users with my headlights, or is this not necessary with the Full LED lights? If there is a setting, where is it?

Also, is it possible to have the small central display between the speedo and tacho to display speeds in KM/H? Thanks!

Is it covered in the owner’s manual?

I don’t have an Ibiza so can’t answer your question. However, you could check in your vehicle settings via the infotainment screen to see if there’s a setting to switch the headlamps from driving on the left to driving on the right. Some VW’s have such a setting to alter the headlamp beam for driving on the opposite side of the road when in countries where the norm is LHD cars driving on the right.

Seriously?
