been getting slight idle problems, finally got it plugged into chinese vag com today... we reset the codes and they didnt come back on, but then the idle problem has only just started and isn't 'real bad' there isnt a noticable drop in power and no engine light on or anything....


we checked for leaking hoses etc and the idle problem stopped with the maf unplugged.. the dump valve was replaced by the previous owner less than 8k miles ago... that last code really has me thinking its a dodgy mass sensor though?

do some powers runs while logging block 003 for maf g/s and I'd will give you an idea if the maf is on its way out

16486 is maf signal too low, so i'd say there's a chance its gone, yes

17535 P1127 Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank1 System too Rich (Overfuelling Sign of Faulty MAF)

8010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent (Battery been disconnected)

16486 - P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circ Low Input (MAF circuit faulty)


All in all points towards faulty MAF and possible boost leak or fooked DV.
