Display -oiL

Hey guys today i had my car(1.4 sport) in for a service, before it went in it had a little spanner displaying and then Insp.

After the service i asked the guys if they could remove the insp and spanner sign..when i got in the car its still displaying a spanner and now it says OIL but iv had it serviced, so what can it be? does anyone know????

im getting so stressed with this car.

its bin lovely this car for bout a week, iv read around, and apprently it could be the Coolent

iv found a nice thread on limescale on the sensor prongs? i cant see a connection for the coolant tank tho so when its light im going to have a good look for one? anyone got any pictures on there coolant tank?

Your problem is down to the fact that when it went in for a service they didn't reset the service indicator rather than you having an issue with the coolant. To reset the indicator yourself follow the steps below...

Ignition off
Push and hold reset button
Ignition on whilst holding the button
"---" should appear and it should be reset

If it doesn't work, then the full guide should be in your owners manual.
