disc + pad upgrades

I'm gonna upgrade my brakes on my Cupra (not LCR) and was after advice please.

I'm torn between EBC discs and Black Diamond any ideas?

I've also read loads of people commenting on how good Ferodo DS2500 pads are so thought about going with them, but wondered if I'd be better sticking with the same manufacturer as the discs.

Any thoughts appreciated

On the LCR the most popular and well thought of set up just now is EBC ultimax and ds2500. If these are available for you size you know they are very well tried and tested. Unless you have the same said about the other set up you've thought of then stick with this

being a pauper, i've got red stuff pads on standard disks on my LC.

decent combination. better than my old combo of basically no pads on warped discs anyway. looking to upgrade the front discs next year. don't see the point of upgrading the rears though.
