Right so I bought the car from a mate in a generally rough condition. I'm still going through the process of getting it tidy. Here's a pic
Things iv done since follow...
New front pads and disks brake world cheapos.
Jbl black 6x9s instead of bright red sony explods.
Painted ronal TT wheels anthracite.
Swapped HIDs for standard bulbs.
Car had a full straight pipe on but had cat put back in for mot as well as fitting new cv boot as it failed.
Replaced Jom blueline coilovers with ap coilovers and new bottom ball joints.
Put kenwood headunit from my saxo in.
Then my turbo went pop!
So garret gt1749v with gt1749vc internal hybrid it was pd130 with 170 internals
Along with fitting allard egr delete and tx auto sport intercooler it was fairly straight forward.
Since this I have fitted the top part of intercooler pipework from the guide on britskoda as the tx autosport fmic kit only adds on to your existing boost pipework for the smic.
Standard replacment brembo rear disks and pads.
And with winter coming up I thought I would buy some steels and winter tyres and get my TT wheels painted.
So I bought these vw 16 steels with continental Contiwinters
I fitted a auto gauge boost gauge and rear speakers last weekend and took my alloys and mirrors to be painted gloss black at MA.autos in Skelton. Which is now my faverote car place as he mostly works on modified cars and you spend half a hour talking to him about the other cars he has in the garage lmfao!!
I will implode pics of wheels and mirrors when I get them back
Just thought I'd post my 2 previous cars on here aswell so here we go saxo furio with vtr conversion and 1.2 Clio.
