Difference between the pre face lift cupra/fr and the post face lift?

Hello everyone,
What are main differences between the pre and face lifted ibiza's? Is it mainly interior? Like a new stearing wheel and gear nob?
Im just wondering as I am thinking about buying either a FR TDI or Cupra TDI and it looks like only the pre face lift version has cruise control which I would like! I know that a Leon FR TDI has everything! But there are out of reach for now!

the face lift fr has 17"alloys, different front and rear bumpers grill inserts, i believe different interior bits like gear knob steering wheel maybe other bits. From my knowledge none of the mk4 fr's cam with cruise control as standard it was always an optional extra dont even think it was standard on a cupra. As alot of people on here will probably say if you have the money for the extra cost in car price and insurance get the cupra as you will just end up getting all the cupra extras for an fr e.g fmic, bigger brakes

The facelifted fr does have bigger alloys new front and rear end and as far as i can tell on the inside a new gear stick and steering wheel. The cupra was facelifted in 06 though as far as i can tell it just has a new gear stick and steering wheel like the one in the fr with audio controls. I love the look of the facelifted fr and the price compared to a cupra tdi is much lower plus theres the rare option of a 5 door model. But a cupra tdi must be a hoot! Plus knowing that you wouldnt need to mod it that much compared to an fr tdi.
Cruise control like you said was an optional extra.

Does anyone know which steering wheel is best the pre or post facelift? Ive heard the face lifted wheel with the audio controls is better?

The face lift looks more like the cupra which isnt a bad thing but the cupra is sooooo much more tempting with all the torque!
