Difference Between Seat Exhaust & milltek Exhaust

if somebody can know the difference between the
Seat Stainless steel Double Exhaust System sport one and the same Double Exhaust System sport from milltek

i guess the only differences will be the milltek will have bigger tailpipes and be a bit noiser than the seat one ive got the seat one its really quiet so milltek will be more sporty
