difference between dash boards lc/lcr

just wondering, if i was to replace my lc dash board with the one from the lcr, what would happen? see the lcr has mpg read out and the right stalk has extra buttons to control it. would it be as easy as just swaping the parts over?

As far as I know the dash boards are exactly the same!
I have a 53 plate LC, which has the trip computer.

Not sure it's as simple as changing the dash to get the computer.

Yes mate, rocker switch on the Wiper stalk.

AFAIK you can't swap the instrument cluster (...and the wiper stalk) without getting it re-coded to the ECU, imobiliser etc

It will fit in regards to size/screws etc but needs to be programed for millage etc

also if you dont allready have the mpg computer that part will not work afaik

Not really worth it in my opinion!

I hardly use my trip computer and when I do it only upsets my wallet lol
