Has anyone else with an original Cupra (September 2000) noticed whether their diagnosis light comes on for a few seconds when the ignition is turned?

It's just that I've noticed that on the picture of the inside of the Leon on this site, the light is showing when the key is turned but on my car it doesn't.

I'm hoping it's not a blown bulb because it looks like it might be a pain to get the clocks out if it needs changing. The diagnosis light is the one on the far right, middle row of the pilot lights in case you didn't know.

Cheers.

Nope.....don't recall seeing any lights on the right habd side of the panel lighting up.......

Car's running great....dealer didn't say nothing during service...so i guess the car is doing just fine!!

Nope. I've not noticed anything either.

I'll have a look next time I get in the car but I'm pretty sure that the only lights that are on are the airbag light (which does go out after a few seconds) and the handbrake light.

If you diagnosis light isnt coming on your damn lucky. I brought my new cupra this morning, after a decent trip out this evening *bing* there it is in all its f-ing glowing orange glory! Looks like its £35 (minimum) diagnosis charge and then f**k knows how much for the work. Should have brought it from a garage rather than a private sale.
