hi just trying to decide weather to go for a custom remap and exhaust with jabba or formula 1 brighton both bout the same distance from me or weather i should wait n buy a 225 lcr

at least all is there in standard form and if you wanted more, then ask again

Buy the LCR. Coming down in price now. More power as standard and they have the improved brakes/ suspension already. Plus cheaper to insure than a modded LC.

there is a nice one i could get but out of my reach at the mo
its a 04 53 plate black 225 with 38k on the clock just had a service and 2 front tyres i could get a deal on it but i need to sell my lc and i ordered cupra r body kit and have the grills and guides for the front bumper

The LCR body kit you could easily sell, along with any other bits like that. You could then put the money towards the LCR fund

But to be honest it's a bad time of year to be selling a car. It's a great time of year to be buying, but bad for selling.

Definitely get the LCR though instead of modifying yours, for all the reasons mentioned above. And then, when you're used to that power, you can remap it! With the LC, even after a remap, if you get used to it it's going to cost serious money to get much more out of it.

Totally agree with all the above. I decided to sell my LC and picked up an LCR 3 weeks ago. Much better all round in standard set-up.
