Yep that's right, dead fly in my tail light. How great is that...can't get the little :censored: out either. Guess I'll have to wait until he desiccates and become a little pile of dust......unless anyone has any clues about how to remove the corpse?

Couldn't stop looking at it when I cleaned the car today...then all of his bereaved mates turned and sat all over my car. [:@]

I heard that they vomit when they land on things...:censored::censored::censored:

It's in the boot lid section. I had it out today and tried to manoeuvre him out to no avail. I was surprised to see that these light units are quite well sealed. There is the outer lens to the light, and then an inner lens. The bulbs shine through from behind the inner lens. He seems to be entombed in the space between lenses.

I also have the same problem with a bug residing in my tail light...

Also have taken a look around but i guess the only way is removing the light cluster from the bodywork and looking for some kind of breather or some sort of hole...

I had the same problem where lots of them had died together in both sides. Mr dealer looked and laughed, said must be cause I have a fly problem in my car! Took a photo to send off but never heard a thing! resolved it for a short while i guess by changing the car! Looked round the forecourt and nearly every Leon had the same issue. Bad design somewhere.

I've got loads of them as well in my light clusters. always thought about complaining / warranty issue but never got round to it. Be interesting to know if anyone has claimed warranty.

I have a small thing which looks like a mosquito in mine (thin body, large wings). It's one of those things that nobody else will notice however you know it's there and it irritates you every time you clean the car! :)
