Right guys there are 2 long display bars on the middle (bottom) of my main display. Owned the car for 2 years now and never seen any of these lights come on. Wasn't sure what they actually displayed! During the week I had my headlight bulb blow and all my cars before showed a warning light on the dash but nothing flashed on on the Leon!!! Should there be a fault light come on when a bulb goes? Also what do these display bars show?

:shrug::help:

Cheers Jonnie

The top row is if you have an auto box, it shows you the gear you are in.
The bottom row is blank in the manual, maybe it's for a different country?

Thanks for clearing that up. I take it there are no warning lights on the dash if a bulbs goes then?

:happy:

The bottom row on early cars links to the car stereo and gives you the same info, ie ,Radio 1, CD 6 track 2 etc etc. Only saw this on a few x plate cars I looked at when I was buying mine.

There are no warning lights on the dash for a blown light bulb. You are supposed to be able to notice the lack of illumination out the front of the car, I think . . . . .

And do a lights check every so often.
