Damaged inner arch liner - should i replace?

My n/s/f one cracked and became partially detached following going through a big puddle:

You can see some wires which will now be subject to the usual spray/ dirt/ grime etc. How quickly should I get this replaced. Any idea how much?

There about £20ish and you'll need to jack car up and remove wheel to fit it, about a 20min job from start to finish

cheers adam. i had to jack up the car on the trolley jack to check it out and i could see it looked pretty simple.

Yeah its only held in with the torrix headed screws, hardest part is taking the wheel off
