d90's with 30mm h&r adapters

d90's catching still with one person in the back, ive got 8j at the back with 30mm spacers, what do other people think of this?? can you use 20mm spacers?? im using 195 45 profile tyres, any feedback would be good.

Took this from the other thread you started.

I have 8j d90's on the back off my car with 20mm adapters. I find that unless i run my suspension pretty stiff then i get rubbing on the rear wheel. Even now it sometimes rubs when i hit dips in the road etc.

Where is it catching? i find that my wheels sit quite far in the arch still and a 25mm adapter at the rear would look abit better. Cant you just raise it up or stiffen up the shocks (if you have adjustable coilovers)

if u cant buy 25mm spacer machine them done, easy for someone with access to a lathe, or be sod all if you take it to a local machine shop

ive got access to a lathe, and could even make some more if i wanted as ive seen the price of new ones..
