Liking that Eri a lot. It did actually cross my mind a few weeks ago, whether the S5 wheels would look any good.

Are they original Audi wheels, or replicas'?

Hi Mark,

They are replica's. Original one's are only available in 19 " and besides to that
they are way over my budget.

Cheers,

Eric

Looking good, could do with being lowered now I think.

Nice choice.

The car is already lowered with Apex springs and Koni FSD dampers. I don't want to go any lower because now i have a nice behaving car at normal speeds (read comfortable) and a nice tide car when the speed is a "little"
faster :drive2:

Cheers,

Eric

They look great regardless, lots of folks have the replica wheels over here and there is nothing wrong with that. I'd just not seen the S5 style over here as yet.

I've been looking at different alloys, but I can't decide as yet what to go for.

I think the car is sat fine. Its on an incline so the side photographed will always appear as if its higher than it is.

19's would fill the arches better making it appear dropped more. But then I don't see the attraction of a car dropped on its arse, which then handles like a shopping trolly with one wheel missing.

If you want a low car just take the dampers off it, it won't go anywhere but it will be in da weeds. Yo Yo it will look cool ya'll...ave it!

Welcome to the club

Is there a membership fee. :D It's the worse thing choosing wheels, because

A. they are so bloody expensive. then..

B. you make the wrong choice and you can't live with them.

I'm airing towards BBS RXII, will cost me a packet but should look the dogs danglies. However i've decided im not doing anything on that side now until after winter.

No point getting a new set of rims, only to get road salt and muck all over them.

Give me a few months to see what's out there, and do a few photochops. :D

In front of a PC....
Looks good mate! I know what you mean about choosing alloys.....with my last car I think I went through about 20 odd choices before finally deciding on a set.
