Got these 18s for my 1.6 Leon will I have to change lug nuts or can I use the same ones

I think all mk1 leons use 5x100 and the same lug nuts so they should fit that way but I think the inner wheel plastic might clip the wheel when you steer all the way. In my case i have 17s and it does clip.
