Cupra Using Coolant

Hi,

I have a mk3 Ibiza Cupra which is using alot of water, it needs topping up every 2-3 days. I am pretty sure it is due to a coolant leak from somewhere as the car never runs above 90 degrees and it drives absolutely fine.

Has anyone had any similar problems who can offer some advice ?

Cheers guys,

One of my pipes coming out of the coolant bottle had a leak and i was losing water. If there are no visible leaks i hope its not a head gasket? My Punto was using loooads of water, day to day refilling and was showing no signs of over hearing until i took it on the motorway. Temp guage hit max and cooked the head.

Dont think its related to your car but might be worth thinking about if there are no obvious signs of leaking

yes check all pipes i had this issue had a pin ***** hole in one of the pipes and would only leak out when i forced water into the system via a hose pipe, do this and the leak will come apparent
