cupra tuning

Hi All

After 5 month with my 08 cupra i want to make her more stronger about 250hp.
i tought about custom chip ,inlet,open air filter ,free flow exchut ,valve.
is this enough to achive the 250hp or i need more changes ?
can i buy some built kits for my cupra? (not turbo!!,pipes ,chip....)

My ibiza is CUPRA 180BHP not FR.

ONLY UPSOLTE chip can get me to 212bhp

i want 250bhp i have a suggestion from one shop:

1. valve pamp wallbro 255.
2.inlet
3.exhcut free flow from the turbo and with remus and (sorry idont now how to say in english)
4.open filter simota
5.custom chip remap.

at 2000$

what do you think about this list is it enough to get 250bhp or i need more things?

This is possible but at a stretch and by doing alot to improve air flow, cooling and exhaust gas exit speed

Not possible on that turbo without a 'friendly' rolling road, lots of race fuel and all the right parts! My advise would be to take the car to stage2 spec (basically every bolt-on short of changing the turbo) then see how it feels... there's no reason to chase 250bhp other than bragging to your mates down the pub. As a peak figure it doesn't garranty it's going to be any faster than a car with 230bhp, the midrange/power delivery/torque is much more important than an overall peak power figure.

I must disagree with you!!I have seen many 20vt with maf and nozzles from s3,custom programming, full exhaust 63,5,with free air filter,forge 007,silicon hose and racing cat at 260bhp!!He was wearing k03s!!!I have seen it with ny own eyes!!

It gives a am04 cupra a good run for its money...Tbh custom map all the way...Mine hits 19psi and holds it till around 5krpm then tails off...

It is rather nippy tho

is the dyno you have with these figures for got dimsport at the top? inertia rollers, which are on the happy side of life.
