cupra tdi turbo

Hi all,

I did a quick search on here but after flicking through a few threads I found a few opposing answers,
Is the turbo fitted to a cupra tdi as standard the pd150 item that most people have hybrid treatment on? as Ive been offered one that I fancy sending off for hybrid treatment. its still fitted to the car atm so i cant get the part numbers off it.

Thanks for the reply so if i get the turbo taken off this cupra tdi and get it hybrid treatment it will fit my fr 130? obviously with all the supporting mods.

on the fr? I dont know I thought the pd130 and pd150 turbos were diferent? since most companys list a hybrid 130 and a hybrid 150.

I would think that the Fab VRS has the same tubby as the 130 FR derv, Mike.

I ordered an Ibiza cupra tdi turbo last week and this came yesterday.

Don't know what to do now.

Can anyone confirm for definite what turbo is in the Seat Ibiza Cupra TDI?

the cupra tdi's have the garret gt1749 turbo. its different from the 130/150 i believe. the fabia vrs is the kkk turbo, same as 130.
