Cupra tailpipe dimensions

Hi, just a quick question. What is the demensions of the ibiza cupra oval tailpipe?

I am gettin my muffler removed from my fr and going for double oval tailpipes and am not sure what size to go for, not sure if 6x4 oval would be too large as i am going to have 2.

the cupra oval is around 6x4 inch i think...

mines 5x3 and the cupra one is wider

Its not a 6x4 mate - mines a 6x4 and could fit the cupra one inside it!

Its 118mm which is 4.64566929 inches wide which is the same as Milltek!

Sorry cant find the height - thats all i could find on Google, but i know the FR one is 76.2mm wide per pipe

Thanks Ed, had a look at the link, car looks good with the 6x4. Still not sure if 2 would be a bit OTT tho, what do you think?

I sees pics of Sissons car on same link with the 5x3 oval. I prefer the 6x4 as a single but not sure if the 5x3 would suit a doulbe better.

Woahhh thats a big nono for a twin oval! Unless your putting them on either side of the car which IMO will still look vulgar! Twin pipes should always be circular...

If you wanna twin, id go for a standard-ish size (around 80mm or 3") to fit in the original valance. Anything much bigger and its starting to get into chav territory in my eyes.

they will be going either side of the car, had a look at the rear valance and think a 5x3 will fit in there nicely, and get the other side cut to match.

Was originally thinkin of getting a single oval as i like the cupra one but want to get somethin a little different so fancy the double, one at either side.

I agree that the 6x4 will be too large.

I'l post some pics when done, although it'l probably be nearer xmas.
