Cupra R cat back exhaust system

Guys after my post the other day about a possible exhaust problem I have had it up on the garage ramps today and almost certain the worst is confirmed

The shock from hitting the pothole has in fact broken most of the exhaust hangers so the noise I am getting is actually the exhaust resting on the various bits under the car. As its the original exhaust to take it off even for repair would mean cutting it off and then fitting a sleeve but whilst the exhaust is actually sound it will probably not take to well to repairs being made!

Wasnt expecting a price of £689 though just to replace with a standard one though so time to ask the question on cat back systems but I want to keep it as close to the original sound as possible! Or prices for custom aftermarkets as its been about 10 years since I last had a powerflow custom made lol

Milltek are probably the closest you'll get to an OE sound without going custom.

had seen a few for not bad money, have seen cobra for about £300 and back in my day were a good exhaust?

Cobra are still good, I'm often tempted to get a cat-back or turbo-back system from them.

for just over £300 I would be very interested to see what it sounds like, think it will be an after xmas present to myself lol
