my car hasnt really been driven over last 6/7 months let it run while parked up till it warmed up yesterday and took it out for a jaunt today, while goin hard through 2nd 3rd and 4th noticed a miss fire, (judder/splutter)

it is due 10k service in miles few, it has been stodd for 6months and i realised it has 95ron fuel in when it was mapped for 98 are these reasons to bring on the symptoma or should i be looking else where??

Thanks

Possibly..

Drain the fuel out, you should never leave fuel in a chainsaw nevermind a car for 7 months:headhurt:

I left next to no fuel in it range said 0 miles to empty... Should have mentioned.

Bit of 95ron was put in with fuel can to move it out of storage by a mate a few weeks before I got back

Thanks

need to vag-com it. Any engine lights come up?

The engine light will flash if its a serious misfire.

What he said

You could also try getting some decent fresh fuel in it and try again.
