I am looking at getting a Miltek system but have a couple of questions:

How much noisier is the non-resonated (single box) than the resonated (twin box) system?

want a bit more noise but not too much.

Also, is there any power fifference between single and twin box systems?

You have a 1.8T??

I would say non-resonated, and most other people will as it sounds great!

I have non-resonated on my 1.9TDI and its awesome! :D

go for non res oval/twinjet both sound the same if your car is lowered exspect some problems mate as mine was a PIG TO FIT!!!! also it sits under the bumper alot so make sure you get the joints as long as you can to get it to look good out the back!

measure your existing downpipe where the cat joins onto the exhaust system, that is the smallewr size you need and then ifRash can tell you the size of the Miltek system, tha is all you need to know.

If you had thje exhausat fitted at a reputable fitters, they should have he reducers in stock anyway

the milltech is 2.5 inch and i dont have a clue what the diameter of your cars exhaust is any motorshop should sell them mate!

edit: milltek give you a reducer with the cat back to fit onto standard sytem this might fit yours mate!

Same as mine then..... When I first look at the pic on Millteks website I never thought about the cupra bumper being deeper than the FR's, therefore was disappointed at the exhaust not actually protruding out of the bumper like the original.

But got use to it now, but some people think you bought the wrong exhaust until you tell them Milltek actually don't make one for the cupra!!! But the sound makes up for it!!!
