Hi,

I have an issue with the battery which is very strange

I bought the car on 4/2021. Between 4/21 and 12/21 the battery indicator shows 35-40km in fully electric. Suddenly on January 2022 the indicator shows 54-56 (which was around the actual distance i drove before the battery falls to 1%). On April 2022 i had a small accident. When the car was restored (around June 2022) the indicator falls again to 35-40km and never came back to the factory's standard.

I thought that the car needs some time to justify the km that you can do in fully electric as it was when i bought the car. Now when the battery is fully charged the indicator shows 32-36 km. When i drive in fully electric the actual average km is no more than 30-32 (far away from the 56km that Cupra declares). I am attaching 2 photos from the last charge.

Of course i have a service plan but since it's the only car in the family i am just asking if you think that is a battery issue or something is wrong whith the charging or the battery itself.

Note that i am in Greece and the temp is around 8-20 degrees Celcius so i don't think that it's a temp issue. From the other side it's not also the way i drive since you can go in high speed since then the car turns to hybrid. Also note that i am charging the car either in a home plug (around 5.5 hours) or in a Wall Charger 22KW (3.5 hours) so the charging time is correct according to the factory.

Any comment will be appreciated.

I've had my Seat Leon PHEV (Same car under the hood, yours just have a software change that increases the power output of the electric motor) for more than a year and I can tell you for sure that in this period of the year I do way less km on electric than what I do in the summer.

My best was 51kms and in this period I do between 25 and 30
