Cupra Dumpvalve???

The K03/ K04 turbo engine isn't designed to 'dump air' it recirculates it. If you want the dump valve sound then get the BOV spacer from forge. Or an open cone intake system, gives a psstt when you let off and a flutter when you blip the throttle.

had some vouchers from jkm so iv bought the FMFSITR atmospheric blow off spacer..See how tht sounds :)

just out of interest has anyone fitted one of these?

it really does turn heads, and the noise it makes under WOT is brill. Have some coolv vids my mate took whilst in the car but for some reason I cant play that file type. Will see if I can get it converted so I can share.

Anyone know if the Forge DV spacer will fit the 2.0TDI? Love that flutter sound :)

If i remember rightly, diesel engines dont use dump valves or blow off valves because the turbos are designed to operate differently. They use something called a wastegate which acts in a similar manner, but means the Forge DV spacer wont fit a 2.0 TDI.
