Firstly Text speak doesnt go down to well on here mate.
Secondly there is a cupra being broken on ebay at the moment that will be your best bet to salvage cupra parts from, although I recommend just buying the bumpers from Seat, Bumpers with painted and matched are likely to cost your arount the £1000 mark, you may also want the spoiler
coding as well.
As for Brakes a very expensive upgrade, when the 1.2 brakes are more than sufficiant for the car, you would need all the cupra assembly brake stuff, incl AP calipers, pads, disks, new hubs. A lot of work for a car that doesnt even need rear disks.
Wheels again anything over 16" is going to slow you down which by the sounds of it isnt what your after, however it might be worth getting yourself a set of coilovers, do a search for what to get on here.
All the above is likely to cost in the region of about £1800 for the bumpers and all the interior parts(part numbers again can be found easy with a search). More for coilovers again wealth of information can be found with a search.
Finally you may want an oval exit exhaust for a true cupra replica, best bet as the engine is small and Miltek dont make an exhaust for the 1.2 would be to get a custom made cat back exhaust in the region of 200 notes with a cupra tip.
also work onvi yellow or whatever it is called is a very hard colour to match as Dan from here can tell you so expect higher painting costs, due to the fading associated with the colour
