Cupra Ateca V2 boot not opening

Got a 2024 Cupra Ateca and the electronic boot isn't opening anymore. It was fine, had it open, pressed the button to close it now it no longer opens.

When I hold the boot button on the remote, or try opening using the interior button or one on boot, it makes the sound like the latch is opening but nothing happens. The car dash shows that the boot is open

I've tried to manually open from inside the boot but no luck there either - can anyone help? Wondering if it's a simple fix before going back to dealers

Sounds like the motor. It will be under warranty I reckon, so it's a job for them.
