Fitted the Cupra ARB as part of a suspension upgrade and can defo say that its made a great improvement on the front end. It seems more planted on the road now, especially through the country lanes:D . Heres the Pt Nos if people are interested. The bar fits straight onto your original drop links.

1. ARB Bush 6Q0411314N - £1.94
2. ARB Bush Clip 6Q0411334B - £1.94
3. ARB Bush Clip 6Q0411333B - £1.75
4. ARB 6Q0411305AC - £51.61

How long did it take to fit?

Did you have to have a wheel alignment done?

The upgrade was part of an Eibach suspension fit and a Track Rod end change. So yes I had the tracking done to. The whole job took them the best aprt of a day. IIRC an ARB change is approx 1.5hrs.

I wonder how much difference the ARB would make alone, as your handling would be down to the new suspension setup in addition to the ARB.

Did you change your track rod end for any particular reason?

Thanks for the reply Chemical Al.

With 20mm it's the same as the FR model. In a few days I will upgrade to 21mm from H&R. Then I will post my opinion.

Cheers

Sorry, you are totally right. Miss confused me.

And H&R has 20mm too. That way the Cupra bar is a much better option because of its lower price.

Thanks for the info. It comes in time to cancel the H&R order and save a few bucks :)
