is there any difference between the cupra and cupra r rear bumpers ,

pics would be good

will they both fit on to a tdi my01

Yes and yes.

They will fit, but the exhaust is in a different place, so you'll need to take that into consideration if you buy a Cupra R rear. You could look for the FR+ rear instead, which looks the same but came on the later FR models and has the cut out in a slightly different place.

does any of them sit lower to the ground than the other , or are they both the same

I think the Cupra R and FR+ rears might be a touch lower, but nothing much in it really.

There isnt anything in it at all, i replaced my cupra one with an R bumper you can sneak it on with the cupra exhaust, to be honest i would stick with the cupra rear and just do the front!
