my 225 cupra has already been remapped to 260bhp. I have a blueflame cat back exhaust on its way for next month and a forge007 dv. in order to have the dv more audible ive heard its best to have on open induction kit. i like the sound of an induction kit but i am worried about heat soak from the engine dulling the performance. is there an induction kit with a cold air feed that is popular with you guys or any other options available that you would recommend?

one other thing...once these mods have been added would it be advisable to have another remap to make sure the motor is running as good as it can be? fuel-air mix correct etc.

would like the car running 300bhp at some point could i get anywhere close to this with the mods mentioned. if not i'l be considering a de-cat and downpipe upgrade and exhaust manifold. where would this leave me?

sorry for all the questions any help is much appreciated.

thanks

You could use a "Smoothed and drilled" O/E Airbox, this will give some D/V noise, Also fit a Forge T.I.P.

The ECU will adapt to the mods you do to your car.

A smoothed/drilled airbox and a performance pannel filter will give the same induction noise as an open cone filter, for a fraction of the cost.
