How easy is it to change the Coolant Temp Sensor?

Do i just unplug the buff one and plug in the new one? Do i need to drain the coolant?

Any help would be great

Nah thats the level sensor.
Make sure the engine is Cold! As alot of people have found out the hard way!

No if its the one in the coolant pipe just:

wait until engine is cold,
unplug the multi-plug,
pull out the retaining clip,
pull the sensor out,
fit new sensor and seal,
rebuild and top coolant up, not alot if any will leak out aslong as you keep the coolant bottle cap shut.
