Can the Seat Cruise Control also act as a speed limiter?

I've just been driving my Dads SLK which has this feature ie you set it at 80mph, and then it won't let you exceed that speed, even if you floor it..I thought it was a really good feature especially through roadworks and to stop you getting carried away on Motorways.

I know you can set the cruise at a set speed, but there are situations ie busy traffic when I'd prefer this feature.

No, but there is an option on the computer which allows to set a speed, which it will then beep when exceeded.

Yeah my warning is set to 85mph. But unless your on a really smooth road with your music down you dont hear the beep. Only other way to tell is by looking at the MDF but when you doing 85mph+ surely thats the last place you'll look?
