creaking noise

I have a strange intermittent creaking noise (sorry thats the best I can describe it) coming from the front drivers side

can hear it quite loud inside the car but its definately coming from engine bay/suspension area

I can get it to do it more by just blipping the gas when on the move

any clues blease

Front wishbone, rear bushes mate. Mines are away at the moment also... have a search for "Wishbone" and you'll find a couple of posts - these have part numbers for the Cupra ones which are better replacements and not much more expensive.

Only had the car 2 months,bought from main dealer so I will be hoping it's repaired under warranty (Came with 12 months Seat approved warranty)

Try sitting in the drivers seat and then pull and push the bottom of the stearing wheel to see if it makes the same noise. i had a simular creak, it happened when i went over bumps and it was the steering column mount!
