Seriously need a breather pipe!! Dealers say they are all on back order and hav had a look on ebay and no luck, any other places I could try as car been off the road for too long now :(

i also need a crankcase breather pipe and have tried the stealers with no luck either, anyone know the diameters yet? i spose i could get off my arse and go it measure myself

iv got the part number ta, dealer says they're all on backorder like you said, its not like its a particularly rare or old car!

Dave - i may resort to this but im guessing a lot of crankcase breathers will be starting to perish now so i might be wasting my time there :banghead2

just checked my pipe turns out there a minimal bitr of silicone and the rest is BLACK DUCT TAPE ! :) meh it will be fine

i agree with the silicone pipe aswell. and if worse comes to worse and you cant get a good tight fit then use heat shrink. works a treat at forming a good seal.

I just put together two bits of radiator hose, which was the similar shape and size of the orignal pipe, used a bigger bit for going to the crankcase and then put a smaller elbow shaped pipe inside it. Works a treat, will try and get a picture up :D

mine was perished, so took it out cut the bad piece out, the used a piece of flanged copper elbow from B&Q, and a couple o jubilee clips, works a treat..
