sorry its the 19mm multispline bolt on the crank seal drivers side, also tried puttin it in gear my clutch is screwed so its slippin when i turn it,

also had a magic idea as i have an old pulley off my old blown motor ill weld a bar to the spare pulley and then bolt it on the engine and put the bar under the subframe so that'll lock it in place this is the only thing i can think of at the mo but seems a good idea

If you remove the inspection plug on top of the gearbox you can see the flywheel, just wedge an old bar or flat blade screwdriver in the flywheel teeth so it holds against the gearbox casing.Might be easier with 2 people.

Haynes suggests two longish steel plate bars, bolted together at one end, forming a narrow angle 'A'. The other two ends have bolts through and go into the sprocket either side of the bolt. Hold this to stop the crank turning while you undo.
