Ok before anyone jumps the gun and tells me to replace it its not the problem as Ive been through 3 coolant temp sensors in the past year.
Car is 01 Cordoba 90 tdi and the temp sensor is the one that bolts into the rad.
It reads an intermittent fault on vag com. sometimes the dash temp needle works fine and sometimes it doesn't.
I figure its got to be a cable earthing or a dodgy contact.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience or has the electrical diagram for this.
Any help is much appreciated...
