Coolant leak - fixed and now leaking again - what can I check?

Hi,

So I had a leak a while back and the garage (which has a really good local rep) replaced a split pipe. This was maybe 3 months ago. They said they did a pressure test and it was all fine.

Yesterday I got a warning light for coolant levels and sure enough it was below the minimum level.

I can't see any obvious signs of leaking but last night I topped it up with 1L of Prestone and this morning it looks like it's gone again - saying that it might just be air that has come out and the levels dropped.

Before I go back to the garage, is there anything I can check myself - visually - I have no intention of undoing anything but I have no clue which pipes I could check for signs of any leaks.

Much appreciated

This is a minefield, when you fill it how full do you fill the tank ? have you checked the oil for water ingress, ie take the oil filler cap off and is there ant white crud in cap, and one other thing is check around the radiator, what sort of speed are you doing, as we had a problem if we were doing a lot of motorway driving but if we were pottering around town it was fine, and it turned out to be a leak in the radiator
