conversion from mbar to psi

what do i need to do to get my mbar readings into psi? the way ive tried gives me 29 psi
i know 1 bar is 14psi but in my loggs ive got 2420mbar but using 1 bar as 14 psi that gives me stupid psi figures
hany help would be great!

i use:

mbar -1000 x 0.01450377 = psi

ah right so you take away 1000 first thats why i was getting 29 psi!
