Convenience Pack Rain windows close

Hello, I have the Convenience Pack but when it rains the windows do not close on their own. How can I activate it?

Is suppose to do it thou.

The 2016 Ateca and on don't. That was down to the car powering down after 20 minutes. Reckon that was common to all 2015 and on vehicles... so unless they had a change of heart (VAG) and decided to let the systems remain live you won't get it to work. Older vehicles did have this function.
