Contact Photos not updating

Some of the photos for my contacts have updated on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9), but are not showing the updated photos in the infotainment system in the Leon.

Is there a trick to get this to sync? I've tried to import contacts again a couple of times, but it still shows the "old" photos.

The only thing I haven't tried yet is to delete the phone from the car and pair it again, but that's a bit inconvenient if that's the only way to do it.

(yeah I know, First World problems - it's not the end of the world by any stretch but just wondered if I was missing a trick!)

I had something similar on my 280, and sadly, deleting and starting again is what sorted it.

OK, I'll give it a try.

It was fine after that, it just seemed to get stuck. Maybe some kind of cache in the system somewhere.

Oh, you mean it updated properly once you'd deleted and re-paired? So only had to delete once, not every time you wanted to see contact's updated photos?

Yeah. But this was an MIB1 unit and an iPhone.

Yeah 2016 should be MIB2, mine was 2015 at the time.
