so for anyone who is new to the Leon mk4 or curious, this might be helpful.
So I entered the car and suddenly I saw this red empty battery symbol. I first thought it might have to do with the connectivity system back battery. However, it turns out this indicates an empty smartphone battery, which was correct.
I have also checked the other symbol meanings, so here we go.
1. Smartphone indicator: Possible symbols
-red empty battery: your phone is empty
-bars or (stair): your phones cell tower reception
-wireless charging symbol: Phone is charging
2. Connection to Seat/VW servers:
-normal: connected, app usage is possible
-Gray: possibly servers down or issue in car (maybe profile not correctly setup)
3. Profile related symbol:
-Shows the symbol depending on your privacy mode (whatever information you allow the car to send out)
4. Notification related Symbol:
-whenever there is a red dot at the symbol, you most likely have an update available or an important message that is useful to know.
This is purely for when someone is worried something might be wrong and can’t find the explanation. If you have anything to add-on, let me know.
