Getting condensation out of the head lights is a real ball ache. To take the lights out you have to remove the bumper

Take out the indicators and head lights, wedge a hair dryer and point it into the indicator socket on medium, keep a feel on the head-light, dont let it get to warm. Then when you are happy there is less or no in there, seal it all back up again.

Worked a trick for me.

since the mega heavey rain over the weekend my offside light is well wet!!!!
gonna have to do sommit before it starts to pond!

i find removing the indicator, removing the cover behind the bulbs with engine running put bulbs on full beam, and with a hairdryer flush it out.......not to hot mind, the lights are only plastic.

is a mega pain, cos you know it will happen again when it rains!

when i got mine it used to be bad, all i did was take off the backs and took it for a couple of 30min spins on a dry day.

mines fine now after that.

my MY03 LC does it only very slightly if its really wet
not really a cause for concern in my case, but i do believe its quite common and not something the dealers will help you with gratis

the old trick I've been told and used is to either just make sure the car is always parked towards direct sunlight or get a wet cloth place it on the lens and leave the headlights and hi beams on for a while .

The cloth has worked in the past on my astra and recently when once my Leon came back from the body shop I just left it parked for few dayin direct sunlight and that got rid off 95% of the condensation
